An outstanding secondary school in Basildon is seeking a dedicated and passionate Humanities Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and high-achieving school environment, delivering engaging lessons across KS3 & KS4.

The Role:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Philosophy, History, and Social Sciences
• Inspire and engage students, fostering a love for Humanities subjects
• Monitor student progress, providing tailored support to ensure academic success
• Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities
• Prepare students for GCSE examinations with structured and effective teaching strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Specialism in Philosophy, History, Social Sciences, or a combination
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities
• Passion for Humanities subjects and a commitment to student development
