Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Mathematics lessons across KS3 & KS4
• Use evidence-based teaching strategies to support student progress and attainment
• Monitor and assess student performance, providing targeted support where needed
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages confidence in numeracy
• Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and interventions

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach KS3 & KS4 Mathematics
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
• Excellent classroom management and a commitment to high academic standards
• Passion for Mathematics and a dedication to continuous professional development
