The Role:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated PE Teacher or Instructor to join a school in Colchester on a part-time (0.6) basis. This position is to cover a sickness absence initially but offers the potential for extension.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•Deliver engaging and dynamic PE lessons to secondary school students

•Inspire and motivate students to develop a love for physical activity and sports

•Ensure lessons are inclusive, promoting teamwork and healthy competition

•Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive learning environment

 

Requirements:

 

•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching/instructor experience in PE

•A passion for sports and physical education, with the ability to motivate students

•Strong classroom management and communication skills

•Flexibility and adaptability to step into the role at short notice
