Inspire Young Learners – KS2 Teacher Opportunity in Chelmsford
Local Education is working closely with a friendly and well-respected primary school in Chelmsford, Essex, to recruit a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher for a full-time, permanent role, starting in September 2025.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering a broad and engaging curriculum, supporting the development of confident and curious learners.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum

Assess, track and report on pupil progress, ensuring all children reach their potential

Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment

Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community

Engage with parents and carers to support pupil development

Uphold the school’s values and promote positive behaviour
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply

Recent or relevant experience teaching in KS2

Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills

A nurturing, enthusiastic, and child-focused approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
