A well-regarded secondary school in Chelmsford is seeking a creative and dedicated Art Teacher to join their team on a 0.4 permanent basis from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Art educator to inspire students at Key Stage 3 and 4, working within a supportive department that values individuality, creativity, and student engagement.

Role Highlights:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Art lessons (2 days per week)

• Support students’ creative development and portfolio building

• Contribute to the department’s displays, exhibitions and whole-school events

• Encourage and nurture student passion for visual arts and design

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

• Strong subject knowledge across a range of Art disciplines

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• A collaborative, forward-thinking educator committed to student success
