Are you passionate about ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive in education? We are working on behalf of a forward-thinking secondary school in Ipswich to recruit a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Co-ordinator for a permanent position starting in September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the school’s inclusion strategy, ensuring every student has access to learning regardless of their individual needs.

• Work closely with SENCO, pastoral staff, and external agencies to support vulnerable learners and remove barriers to education.

• Coordinate interventions for students requiring additional support due to behaviour, attendance, emotional or social challenges.

• Monitor progress and impact of inclusion initiatives, maintaining up-to-date records and contributing to whole school improvement.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a secondary school setting.

• Strong understanding of SEND, safeguarding, and inclusive practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

• A passion for pastoral care and student wellbeing.
