The Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher or Instructor to join a school in Colchester on a part-time (0.6) basis. This role is initially to cover sickness absence but has the potential to be extended.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to secondary school students

•Inspire and motivate students to develop their skills in reading, writing, and communication

•Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback

•Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive learning environment

 

Requirements:

 

•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience as an English instructor

•Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English

•Excellent classroom management and communication skills

•Flexibility to adapt quickly to the needs of the role
