Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and resilient English Teacher to join this specialized educational setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver structured, engaging English lessons tailored to individual learning abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies to support their development.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
- A degree in English or a related field.
- Experience teaching English at the secondary school level, preferably within an alternative provision or special educational needs setting.
- Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for English and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Demonstrated resilience, flexibility, and a positive attitude toward challenging situations.
